My name is Carolina, and I had a 1470 on my first SAT, with a math score of 730. I took my PSAT in my sophomore and freshman year and got around 1430. When I saw my SAT score hadn’t improved much, I set a goal of 1500. I realized I needed help, especially in math.
Peace of Pi was recommended by a friend who had already benefited from it. My sister and I had a meeting with Renan and our mom and we talked about what days we could do and how long it was, essentially asking what the course entailed. Almost instantly we decided that we liked it and it was a good option!
The assignments and the homeworks were all individualized for each student, and the groups were small, so you could talk to the teacher and ask questions. Everyone in your group is on a similar level as you, with a lot of the same strengths and weaknesses. The tutors graded so quickly and you could see what you got wrong and what you have to work on. There was no specific time that you had to do your homework, but you just had to get it done before the next class. It kept us all on track with the material without being too overwhelming. The videos that explained the problems you got wrong also helped a lot.
After joining, I saw my first SAT score rise to 1530 with a math score of 790. This program helped me reach my goal and affirm my confidence. Success is about hard work, not luck.
