+90 points on the SAT Math!

“That kind of jump, especially in the higher range, is hard to pull off…but the program made it possible.”

When I first started prepping for the SAT, I found myself stuck at a 700 in Math. It wasn’t a bad score, but it didn’t reflect what I knew I was capable of. Math has always been one of my strongest subjects, so I knew something wasn’t clicking. I had tried using Khan Academy and even worked with a private tutor earlier in the year, but none of it gave me the structure or direction I needed. I felt like I was just guessing at what to study next. I kept missing one or two questions (even in the easy module) which made it hard to push my score any higher.

Peace of Pi changed that. From day one, the program gave me a clear roadmap and a consistent way to practice. The four-hour classes seemed long at first, but they were engaging the whole way through. We worked through tons of real SAT questions and stayed focused the entire time. It was mentally challenging, but in the best way. Compared to the actual SAT, those four-hour sessions made the test feel easy.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from the virtual group setting, but I ended up being surprised in a good way. The breakout rooms were small, and I felt comfortable participating. My tutor really took the time to explain things, and I always felt supported and seen. It never felt like I was just one student in a crowd.

The workload was intense, especially during AP exam season, but it was manageable once I found my rhythm. I stayed motivated by reminding myself of my goals and comparing scores with my friends. I also appreciated how Peace of Pi kept me accountable with regular check-ins and reminders.

By the end of the course, I raised my math score from 700 to 790. That kind of jump, especially in the higher range, is hard to pull off…but the program made it possible. Hitting that score took a lot of stress off my shoulders. It helped me qualify for Bright Futures and gave me a real shot at the schools I want to apply to.

Peace of Pi isn’t for everyone. It’s for students who are ready to work hard and want serious results. If that’s you, I would 100% recommend it. The time and effort you put in are worth it. I saw it for myself.
