+190 points on the SAT Math!
“Peace of Pi delivers real improvement, not empty promises.”
I honestly felt completely lost with SAT math before starting Peace of Pi. I had friends who seemed very prepared, and I realized I was nowhere near their level. Studying on my own wasn’t working. I would occasionally look at a few problems online, but there was no structure or consistency. At that point, I knew I needed real support, and Peace of Pi felt like the only serious option.
Getting a strong SAT score was important to me because I want to get into a good college, and I didn’t want a weak SAT score to limit my opportunities. My biggest issue going into the program was that I simply didn’t remember most of the material. Many of the concepts came from Algebra 1 and Geometry, which I had learned two, three, or even four years earlier. By junior year, I realized how much I had forgotten, and that was extremely frustrating.
Coming into the program, my expectations for virtual learning were honestly pretty low. After experiencing online school, I didn’t expect much. But Peace of Pi completely changed that. The virtual group experience felt surprisingly personalized. Even though it was a group setting, it never felt generic. The students in my group were at a similar level, and I learned a lot not just from the tutors, but from other students sharing shortcuts and strategies they had learned.
I was also worried about the four-hour classes, but they ended up being much more manageable than I expected. For most of the course, time passed quickly because we were constantly working and staying engaged. Toward the end it could feel long, but overall it was nothing like the unproductive online classes I had experienced before.
The tutors were a huge part of my success. They were incredible—knowledgeable, approachable, and always able to answer questions clearly. I actually preferred that they were closer to my age. It made it easier to relate to them, stay focused, and actually want to listen. They had gone through the same process recently, so they understood exactly what I was struggling with.
The workload was intense, there’s no sugarcoating that, but it was worth it. I had to adjust my schedule around sports and other schoolwork, but the process taught me discipline and time management that I still use now. Beyond SAT prep, Peace of Pi helped me become more organized overall.
What stood out most to me was the personalization. The homework, the group placement, the support…it all felt tailored to what I needed. There were always multiple people available to help, whether through tutors, video explanations, or WhatsApp group chats. Knowing I wasn’t alone and that help was always there made a huge difference.
The results proved it was all worth it. I earned a 1450 overall, with a 790 in SAT Math, improving my math score by +190 points from my previous test. Seeing that score made me realize that all the work truly paid off. It also allowed me to feel more confident and relaxed moving forward, knowing that math is now a strength and I can focus on improving my English score.
Peace of Pi delivers real improvement, not empty promises. I would recommend it to any student without hesitation.
