+150 points on the SAT Math!

“Peace of Pi organizes everything for you, so you just have to follow the schedule.”

Before joining Peace of Pi, I knew my SAT math score wasn’t where it needed to be. I had taken the test a couple of times already, but my score just kept hovering around the same spot—my highest was a 580, and I couldn’t seem to break past that. Even though math has always been slightly better for me than reading, I realized I had forgotten a lot of the basics from earlier grades, and I would often look at a question and just… freeze. I didn’t even know where to start.

I had tried self-studying with my siblings, but I wasn’t consistent. I’d get distracted easily, and I wasn’t pushing myself. That’s when I heard about Peace of Pi. I saw how much it helped other students improve their scores, so I figured, if I really wanted to hit my goal of 75% Bright Futures, I had to commit.

At first, I was a little skeptical. I didn’t think a Zoom class would really help me that much—especially after dealing with online school during COVID—but Peace of Pi was different. The tutors were super interactive, always making sure I understood each concept before moving on. If I was stuck, they would walk through the problem with me step-by-step, never leaving anyone behind.

Yeah, the four-hour classes sounded intimidating at first, and I’m not gonna lie, it’s a big commitment. But it was totally worth it. The mock exams were probably the most helpful part for me. They gave me a real feel for what the test would be like, and reviewing the solutions after helped me understand exactly what I got wrong and why.

I actually took the course twice. The first time helped me rebuild the basics, and the second round helped me really dig into the harder stuff. I’d definitely recommend doing that if you’re serious about improving your score. Peace of Pi organizes everything for you, so you just have to follow the schedule. They really make it manageable.

In the end, my math score went from a 550 to a 700. That’s a 150-point increase! I finally hit my goal and earned the 75% Bright Futures scholarship. I felt such a sense of relief. If you’re willing to put in the effort, Peace of Pi will get you there.
