+160 points on the SAT Math!

“Overall, I finished with a 1320 on the SAT, which is an amazing result for someone in eighth grade!”

When I realized I needed a higher SAT score to qualify for college courses at my school, I knew I had to take action—especially in math, where I wasn’t scoring as high as I wanted. I had tried self-studying, but I wasn’t sure what to focus on, which made it difficult to improve. That’s when I found Peace of Pi.

The program gave me a clear structure and the right materials to practice. Having a set plan made it easier to understand what I needed to work on, and the practice problems helped reinforce concepts I had forgotten. Before, I would remember how to solve a problem but freeze during the actual test. The consistent practice helped me regain my confidence and improve my accuracy.

I was already comfortable with virtual learning, so I wasn’t worried about the format, but the four-hour sessions were intense. I do think having an extra break would have helped me stay more focused. Still, the tutors made the sessions engaging. I liked that they were close in age to us—it made them relatable, and they created a good balance between focus and fun.

The workload was a lot, but I managed by completing as much as I could whenever I had free time, after school or sports. Looking back, I wish I had done even more because I know that the effort you put in directly affects your score.

In the end, my math score jumped from a 540 to a 700, which was a huge improvement! Overall, I finished with a 1320 on the SAT, which is an amazing result for someone in eighth grade. Thanks to Peace of Pi, I’m now eligible for college courses early, and I have a strong SAT score years before most students even take the test.

If you’re considering this program, my advice is simple: put in the work. The more effort you give, the better your results will be. And trust me, the investment is worth it. I’m really glad I took this step early, and I know it will help me in the long run.
