+260 points on the SAT Math!
“Peace of Pi not only helped me reach my goal but also gave me the confidence to aim higher in everything I do. I couldn’t be happier with the experience.”
Before joining Peace of Pi, I felt like my PSAT math scores didn’t reflect my actual confidence and ability in math. Math had always been a subject I enjoyed, but I knew my scores weren’t competitive enough for the schools I wanted to apply to. I hadn’t started any formal SAT prep yet, so this course was my first step, and it turned out to be an amazing way to start.
One of my biggest struggles was how SAT math questions are worded to confuse you, which would trip me up. Peace of Pi helped me break down those questions and recognize the patterns, making it so much easier to approach them.
At first, I was nervous about the virtual group learning format. I wasn’t sure I could sit through a four-hour Zoom session, but the tutors made it engaging and surprisingly fun. The time flew by because of how interactive and supportive they were.
This course required a lot of effort, but the results were worth it. I improved my math score by 260 points, going from a 540 to a perfect 800! It felt incredible to achieve a score I never thought possible, especially starting from a PSAT score below 600. Now, my score is much more competitive, and I can confidently consider applying to schools I used to think were out of reach.
The key for me was staying consistent. I did all the homework and assignments on time, which helped me learn everything at a steady pace. When I took the actual test, I even had extra time to double-check my answers, something I never imagined I’d be able to do.
To other students, my advice is to stay focused, even when it gets tough. The hard work is so worth it in the end. And to parents, trust the process and encourage your kids to stay on top of the assignments. The structure and dedication of the program really make a difference.
Peace of Pi not only helped me reach my goal but also gave me the confidence to aim higher in everything I do. I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
