+190 points on the SAT Math!
“Now I feel much more confident about my academic future.”
From the start, my goal in joining Peace of Pi was to strengthen my math skills so I could earn a higher SAT score. Before the program, I struggled with formulas and often had difficulty recognizing what types of equations I was working with. That confusion led to lower test scores in school than I knew I was capable of achieving.
After hearing consistently positive feedback from friends who had already taken the course, I felt confident that Peace of Pi would be a good fit. While the program required a lot of effort, it quickly became clear that the hard work was worth it.
One of my biggest concerns going into the course was the virtual format, especially with the long class sessions. I expected to lose focus or attention, but that never happened. The tutors kept everyone involved the entire time, which made the classes engaging and productive. Overall, the virtual learning experience exceeded my expectations.
In addition, the group learning environment worked extremely well for me. Everyone actively asked and answered questions, and those discussions often helped me understand problems I was struggling with. Learning alongside other students reinforced the material and made the process more effective.
As a result of Peace of Pi, I improved from a 950 PSAT score to a 1310 SAT score. That improvement has allowed me to meet the requirements for Bright Futures and other scholarships, and it has given me confidence knowing I now have a competitive score for my college applications.
Looking back, Peace of Pi was challenging but incredibly rewarding. The program helped me build stronger math skills, improve my test performance, and now I feel much more confident about my academic future.
