+250 points on the SAT Math!

“The program gives you everything you need to succeed, but you have to be ready to commit and give it your all.”

When I first took the SAT in March, I had no idea what I was walking into. I didn’t even know what the SAT really was or how important it was for college and scholarships. I ended up scoring a 980, and when I saw that result, I knew I needed help—fast. Some of my friends and even my brother’s girlfriend, who works at Peace of Pi, told me how much their scores had gone up, so I decided to join the summer program.

At first, I was nervous because I felt like I was starting from zero—especially in math. I didn’t know how a tutoring program could help me jump hundreds of points in just a few months. And to be honest, the workload was overwhelming at first. I even stopped working my summer job so I could focus completely. But I kept reminding myself that this was for my future, and that sacrifice would be worth it.

The program was intense but incredibly effective. The tutors were amazing! They were so attentive and communicative. Even though it was a group setting, it felt very personalized. They always noticed when I was struggling or when I was doing well, and the homework and mock tests were tailored to what I personally needed to improve. The four-hour classes sounded scary at first, but I actually got used to them quickly. Doing them in the morning helped me stay focused and then use the rest of the day for practice and assignments.

After about 10 weeks, I went from a 430 in math to a 680: a 250-point improvement! My overall SAT score jumped from 980 to a 1330. That’s something I never thought I could do in such a short time. It helped me qualify for 100% Bright Futures so now my family and I feel financial freedom, and don’t have have to stress about paying college tuition. Ultimately, it gave me confidence and proved to me that hard work really pays off.

Peace of Pi is 100% worth the investment. The program gives you everything you need to succeed, but you have to be ready to commit and give it your all. I’d rate it a 10 out of 10. The tutors, communication, and support were all amazing.

My advice to other students: there’s light at the end of the tunnel. It might feel overwhelming at first, but it’s all for your own benefit. Don’t just complete the assignments…really study and push yourself! The effort you put in now will pay off for years to come.
