+210 points on the SAT Math!
“Questions that used to take me five minutes now take one or two minutes…”
I took the Peace of Pi math prep course during my junior year because I wanted to get ahead on my SAT prep and not feel stressed about it going into senior year.
Even though math has always been one of my stronger subjects, my school classes felt too easy and didn’t cover enough of the material I needed for the SAT. I also wasn’t happy with my PSAT score, and after hearing from so many friends that Peace of Pi helped them improve a lot, I knew I wanted to start early and really focus on improving my score.
Before taking the course, my biggest issue was time management. I always took too long on questions because I wanted to double-check everything. The strategies and tips from the course helped me solve questions much faster—questions that used to take me five minutes now take one or two minutes, which made a huge difference on a timed test.
At first, I was nervous about the course being virtual and about the four-hour classes. But once I started, I realized it wasn’t as bad as it sounded. The classes go by much faster than you expect because you’re constantly working, practicing, and interacting with the tutor. It’s not just watching someone talk—you’re actively learning the entire time.
My tutor, Farzana, was amazing. She explained the material really well and kept the class engaged, especially when we were tired. She made the environment comfortable and interactive, which helped me stay focused and actually enjoy the learning process.
The workload was definitely a lot at first, especially because I have extracurriculars, but over time I learned how to manage it. The estimated homework times were accurate, and as long as I stayed consistent, it was manageable. The packets and practice problems were especially helpful because many of them looked very similar to actual SAT questions.
By the end of the course, I scored a 680 in math and improved over 200 points from my PSAT. I’m really proud of that improvement, and I genuinely don’t think I would’ve achieved that score without Peace of Pi. Seeing that progress was extremely validating and showed me that with discipline and effort, I really can improve.
Yes, the program is expensive, but I truly believe it’s worth it. It’s an investment in your future. You’re paying for structure, support, and results—and that matters. I would 100% recommend Peace of Pi to other students who are willing to put in the work. It’s demanding, but it delivers real results.
My biggest advice to other students is to actually try and stay consistent. This is your future, and if you put in the effort, the results will come. Peace of Pi gives you everything you need—you just have to be willing to work for it.
