I joined the Peace of Pi SAT prep course during the summer of 2024 because I needed help improving my SAT score. Every time I retook the test, my score got lower, and I struggled to stay disciplined and focused while studying on my own.
Before joining the program, I knew my SAT score wasn’t high enough for 100% Bright Futures or for the schools I wanted to apply to. I’d heard great things about Peace of Pi from people who had achieved amazing results, so I decided to try it out.
The course exceeded all of my expectations. I thought I’d be distracted in a virtual learning environment, but the sessions were so interactive that time flew by. The tutors were engaging and funny while keeping us on track, which made learning enjoyable and effective. The group learning environment was also a great surprise—it was super helpful to submit answers privately in the chat so we could all work independently and not feel influenced by others. It also created a space where we could learn from each other’s mistakes without judgment.
Thanks to Peace of Pi, I raised my math score by 110 points and my overall SAT score from 1220 to 1440. This improvement helped me secure 100% Bright Futures and boosted my chances of getting into my dream school, the University of Florida. Now, instead of stressing over SAT prep, I can focus on finishing my Common App and other parts of my college applications.
