“What sets Peace of Pi learning apart from all the tutoring services is their commitment to helping us improve.”

I took the SAT as a junior in March of 2021 and wasn’t pleased with my math score. I knew how important it was to obtain a better result on this portion and was super stressed and anxious for my next SAT because I felt unprepared. After feeling like this for a few weeks, I took it upon myself to find the best tutors to guide me through my learning journey. Thankfully, I found Peace of Pi Learning through social media and was amazed at the improvements in scores others students had accomplished with POP’s  help.

I immediately contacted Renan and had a meeting with him, where he assured me and my mom that I too could achieve a better score if I enrolled in the Summer SAT Math Prep Course, even though it had already started. I was nervous about being late to the program, but Renan’s motivating words and helpful resources boosted my confidence and I was able to catch up with the content I missed. What sets Peace of Pi learning apart from all other tutoring services is their commitment to helping us improve. Countless practice tests and topic lessons later, I took my second SAT in August.

With Peace of Pi Learning, I was able to increase my math score by 170 points (from 540 to 710), which seemed unattainable even in my dreams before this tutoring service. I now had a chance of earning admission into better universities, ultimately opening more opportunities for my future and allowing me to have more options once decision day came.

“This course led me to guaranteed improvement and success!”

Before signing up and taking Peace of Pi’s March 2022 SAT Math Prep Course, I was frantic about not having the high scores needed to get the Bright Futures Scholarship and was uneasy about applying to competitive colleges. My starting score was 600 in math and 1200 overall. I had to bring my score up by at least 130 points to get Florida Bright Futures.

I was already taking AP Calculus and was years past basic math courses like Geometry and Algebra, which make up a large part of the SAT. My friend sent me Peace of Pi’s Instagram account, where I saw all their testimonial posts with inspiring stories and score improvements. From then on I was convinced this was my best shot at reaching my goals!

Although the course demanded a lot of hard work and effort, it led me to guaranteed improvement and success with its many practice exams, useful strategies, and lessons on topics I had forgotten. I raised my math score by 170 points, staying with an overall math score of 770, and 1390 overall. This reduced my stress regarding the SAT math and allowed me to shift gears and focus on the reading section. Not only did my SAT score allow me to secure the Bright Futures Scholarship, but it also allowed me to apply to any school I dreamed of with confidence!

“Who needs reading with Math Scores like this?”

Since I’m naturally stronger in math than reading, I knew that I needed my math score to carry my overall SAT score which is why I came to Peace of Pi. Before Peace of Pi, my score was “good” by a lot of standards, but it needed to be higher for me to get the scholarships and acceptance letters that I wanted. I knew I could do it, I just needed some help and guidance.

A friend had been using Peace of Pi for her regular math classes and Renan’s reputation was that he was effective, but also easy to work with. His SAT tutoring course is also affordable compared to other places that don’t have this same kind of reputation for reliability. I loved my tutoring with Renan. I constantly felt challenged but never felt like I couldn’t solve a problem or ask a question when I was confused.

After tutoring and taking the test a couple of more times, I scored a 740! A full 100 point improvement on an already good score. My improvement made me feel very confident in myself and have also moved me one step closer to earning a full bright futures. I would definitely recommend Peace of Pi as a tutoring service for anyone who wants to see improvement in their math score.

“Thanks to Peace of Pi, I have gotten into every school in Florida.”

After taking the PSAT, I realized I wasn’t happy with my score. I knew in order to achieve my goals I had to get a higher SAT score. Although I took multiple practice tests and watched videos online, I was still falling short in my score. Finally, I decided to do my research and search for a tutor that I knew would benefit me and care about my improvement. I had a lot going for me, my grades were good and I had a lot of community service hours. I needed a high SAT score to increase my chances of getting accepted into my dream schools and to attain 100% bright futures.

Unfortunately, this was a very big struggle for me because I have a lot of testing anxiety. Thankfully, I found Peace of Pi through a friend who had taken your course and seen major improvements. After only one session, I could see how passionate Renan was about helping his students succeed. A lot of tutors are in it for the money, but it was clear that the most important thing to Renan was his students.

Not only did he explain everything and clear up all my questions , but he also knew who I was and did not just treat me like just another student. I started realizing that I felt more knowledgeable every class and I felt engaged and excited to learn. This course didn’t only benefit me in terms of the SAT , it helped me improve in the math classes I was taking as well.

Thanks to Peace of Pi, I have gotten into every school in Florida. Most importantly, I got accepted into my dream school, University of Florida, which I could’ve never done without the help of this program. I also qualified for 100% Bright Futures. Being accepted to my dream college was the best feeling in the whole world. I had the option to attend 1 of the top schools in the nation with full tuition covered thanks to Peace of Pi. Renan was not only my tutor, but my friend. I thank him for everything he has done and hope he continues to help others as he did for me.

“I’ve been able to get into amazing institutions, like UF and Johns Hopkins, and have been awarded scholarships like Florida Bright Futures.”

I realized that I needed help with improving my SAT score when it was January of my Junior year, and I had never really taken a practice test or prepped for the SAT in any way. I only had a couple of months left before my first SAT, and I was not at all satisfied with my performance on the PSAT. A lot of kids experience this when they are in a magnet school since we’re often a year or two ahead in our math courses and the material on the SAT is information we haven’t covered in quite a while. It felt like a huge challenge for me to cover years’ worth of material that I hadn’t been exposed to in so long.

This was around the time where I first heard of Peace of Pi Learning through a couple of my friends who had completed the course and seen a drastic improvement in their scores. I started looking more and more into this tutoring program, only to find that countless students had improved by 100+ to even 200+ points. Not to mention that Renan himself has gotten a perfect score on the SAT math several times. It was clear that Renan not only knew and understood how to take the test himself, but that he could teach his students to do the same.

I was a little hesitant at first, but overall, I considered it to be a worthwhile investment given that by taking the tutoring it would allow me to meet and exceed the score needed for Florida Bright Futures (which covers all of tuition in any Florida Public University). Looking back I recognize how taking this SAT prep course saved me thousands of dollars in tuition that I no longer have to pay.

Immediately after meeting Renan and having the first tutoring session, I knew that I had made the right choice. His passion for teaching and helping his students understand the material makes him one of the best teachers I’ve ever had. He truly cares about his student’s learning, and that shines through with all of the extra time and effort that he puts in to ensure his students’ success. For me, the group tutoring was a lot like taking a class at school- where your friend asks an important question that you hadn’t even thought of.

The dynamic of a group worked really well, and it allowed for a deep overview of the material given the collaboration and participation of all the members. This is not to mention the extra time that Renan puts in as he attends to students on an individual basis too and tracks their improvement to personalize and cater a study plan to fit their needs. Even just two sessions in, I had already seen a huge improvement in my skills. Furthermore, the tutoring is set up in an efficient way that allowed me to understand how to take the SAT, as well as the kinds of questions that will be on it.

Renan will take one common SAT math problem and analyze what makes that question difficult for students, and as a result, he composes entire packets of questions that address that one type of problem. By the end of the tutoring, I felt that I had mastered every kind of SAT question. Not only could I solve them, but I was able to do it quickly with ample time to double and triple-check my work. This is what gave me an advantage on the SAT, when I walked into the test no problem surprised or confused me. It was all concepts that I had reviewed with Renan multiple times

I am incredibly grateful to Renan and Peace of Pi Learning for preparing me so well for the SAT. Achieving a good score has opened up so many doors for me. I’ve been able to get into amazing institutions, like UF and Johns Hopkins, and have been awarded scholarships like Florida Bright Futures.

“There is no doubt in my mind that Renan has cemented himself as the SAT Wizard”

Before I knew to contact Peace of Pi learning, I was hesitant to take the SAT, aware that I had to study for a crucial exam in a way I felt comfortable, but completely lacked the tools, drive, and focus for studying the test. Luckily, through the recommendations and a quick overview of Renan’s reputation, I knew joining the course would prove extremely useful in scoring high on the SAT and getting a scholarship.

From the very 1st zoom meeting I could tell Renan was going to be a different kind of teacher, who would bring great energy into his teachings every-single-dang-class. His extensive knowledge spans multiple years on the SAT and his test taking wisdom isn’t stunted by his youth, so the experience was very different from the SAT prep I was getting at school, and just what I was looking for.

The key to the course is remembering that the exact same effort you put into Peace of Pi Learning, will be exactly the score that is reciprocated on your SAT. Renan will guide you fully through your journey but at the end of the day it is you taking the test…

On my very first SAT Peace of Pi learning helped me achieve a 1300+ score and the ability to secure 100% of the Bright Futures scholarship alongside a +130 increase to my math score. There is no doubt in my mind that Renan has cemented himself as the SAT Wizard, and that you should stop reading this and enroll in Peace of Pi Learning immediately if you’re ready to grind for that SAT score improvement.

“Achieved my dream score.. got into Notre Dame!

Math has always been easier for me, so when my counselor asked me to increase my SAT score by 100 points, I thought that I could focus solely on the math section and see that improvement. I tried using Khan academy like one of my friends had done, but realized that I was not disciplined enough to dedicate an hour of each day to studying by myself.

After I took another SAT, I began seeing many students who had also taken it post about their score improvements through Peace Of Pi. Many kids were going up by 100 points and some even increased by as much as 200! I was immediately interested but wanted to talk to a friend who had been through the Peace of Pi course.

We spoke and she confirmed my hopes that the course was amazing, so I asked my mom to sign me up. I expected the course to be great, but what surprised me the most was the style of tutoring at Peace of Pi. We weren’t just taught quick tricks and SAT shortcuts, we were taught the math behind each style of problem.

I finished the Peace of Pi March course but was a little nervous since I had scheduled my SAT for May and there was a time gap between my tutoring sessions and the actual test. However, since the style of tutoring that I received at Peace of Pi was centered around truly learning, I was able to retain information much better than I would by just taking practice tests and focusing on the problems I got wrong.

Through Peace of Pi, I was able to learn and understand different variations of each type of problem that are consistently seen on the SAT. This allowed me to be prepared for any problem I was given rather than hoping I would get problems I had already seen before.

Through Peace of Pi and their amazing team of tutors who helped me in group tutoring sessions and one-on-one availability, I was able to increase my math score by 110 points!

Because of this incredible increase, I achieved my dream overall SAT score which helped me get into my dream university—Notre Dame! I am beyond thankful for the experience I had at Peace of Pi and how it impacted my future.

“Achieved 100% Bright Futures and have a chance of getting into colleges that I never thought I would be able to get into.”

Starting junior year, I heard talk of something new that I had only heard a few times before: the SAT. At the time I thought there were more important things going on in my life besides this test and didn’t realize the impact it would have on my college application process. This changed one day when my school counselor spoke to us about the SAT and how it contributed to obtaining scholarships like Florida Bright Futures. I realized that the Bright Futures Scholarship was going to be the only way that I could afford college. The time had come to start signing up for such an important test but I had no idea how I would prepare for it.

I decided I would watch videos on YouTube and review on Khan academy. However, I still did not take the preparation that seriously because I thought I would never be able to get a 1330 (the minimum score for 100% Bright Futures) because of how low I had scored on the PSAT. My cousin, who was a senior at the time, had already taken the SAT and had scored extremely high because of the Peace of Pi Learning SAT math course, and recommended it to me too. At first, I was hesitant, I thought that tutoring would not help me and that I was just going to waste my mom’s money. However, after I met up with Renan to discuss the course, I changed my mind, but part of me was still skeptical.

I loved how detailed Renan’s explanations were and appreciated how Peace of Pi was not a “one size fits all” type of experience, meaning that it was designed for both people who work at a slower pace and those who work much quicker, unlike a traditional classroom. Another factor that got me to sign up was that I could see that Renan and his team were very determined to help others improve their SAT scores. The tutoring required some sacrifices as the classes did run on weekends and there was homework to do, but paid off to be extremely worth it.

All the lessons were very easy to understand and in a very weird way, they made math fun sometimes. Thanks to Peace of Pi, I ended up receiving a 1440 on the SAT with a nearly perfect score on the math section of 770. This ultimately allowed me to achieve 100% Bright Futures Scholarship and increased my chances of getting into a lot of colleges that I never thought I would be able to get into.

“At the beginning, I was getting 12-14 questions wrong, but by the end, I was getting 0-2 wrong.”

Before signing up with Peace of Pi, I had taken 2 PSATs but didn’t notice much improvement between them. I realized I would need to study hard in order to get a higher score, especially with math as my weaker subject. I heard about Peace of Pi Learning through friends that had dramatic improvements in their scores, so I quickly contacted Peace of Pi and signed up.

Although I had only heard great things about Peace of Pi, I was really impressed with how much effort Renan and his team put into the program. I was given up-to-date SATs and homework that resembled the real exam with supplemental video explanations for all problems. Renan and his team were also always available to discuss topics I struggled with as well as provide me with test taking strategies to help improve my score.

The classes were entertaining and engaging which encouraged me to pay attention and genuinely learn. Throughout the course, I noticed my scores on practice tests steadily increasing, and I found myself understanding and retaining concepts.

At the beginning, I was getting 12-14 questions wrong, but by the end, I was getting 0-2 wrong. This drastic change puts into perspective how much I learned from the course and how helpful it truly was. With Renan’s dedication and passion towards teaching coupled with his tailored lessons, I was able to receive a score I never thought I could get. This course pushed me to actually study and apply myself, which is exactly what I needed to meet my SAT goals.

While I’ve always been good at math, SAT math was a whole different challenge for me and I knew I wouldn’t be able to get the score I wanted just from doing Khan Academy practice.

I started looking around for an SAT math tutor sophomore year, and got Renan’s number from 2 friends; after hearing all the amazing things I decided to start tutoring with him.

I’ve done two rounds of tutoring and it’s allowed me to get a 780 on the math section of the SAT, which was way way way above my goal score.

Renan was extremely knowledgeable about the SAT and I would have in no way been prepared for the SAT without his teaching, tips, tricks, and guidance. His resources are extensive and allowed me to focus on exactly what I needed to do to improve.

I’ve recommended him to countless friends and honestly think he’s the best SAT tutor for math.
