Can Apply to Anywhere She Wants and be Competitive

Around a year ago, I realized that I would have to take the SAT soon, so I decided to take a practice test. After taking the practice test and looking at my 10th grade PSAT score, I realized that I needed assistance if I wanted to achieve a better score.

The SAT was very intimidating to me and it seemed like I would never be able to master the math section. I was also very busy and dedicating time to study for the SAT on my own was difficult. Plus I was worried that I could not get the scores I needed to get into the universities that I wanted to.

I talked to some friends and they were feeling the same way, one of my friends had been tutored by Renan before and we quickly learned that he provided SAT tutoring services through his company Peace of Pi.

Before we officially began tutoring with him, we sat down and he explained how he would set up the program for us, how many sessions we would have, and how he expected us to improve. Renan seemed like a very organized and dedicated tutor, and that turned out to be true.

Renan is a very patient teacher and loves what he does, he has always put in 100% of his effort to make sure that I could reach my full potential. Not only is he always prepared with SAT practice packets, he has timed practice tests, and many resources for his students to succeed.

I have had a major improvement in my scores, I went from a 620 to a 780! He made this accessible for me with amazing prices that allowed me to have multiple sessions over a long period of time. I never imagined that I could attain such an incredible score and I am extremely thankful for Renan’s commitment to helping me get there.

I am now very confident and proud in my SAT score and feel good about applying to college with this score. If you are looking for an SAT math tutor, I urge you to sign up as soon as you can because Peace of Pi Learning is an investment in your future!

Freed up Time to Enjoy Senior Year

Before signing up with Peace of Pi Learning, I was struggling to achieve a good SAT score. I tried studying on my own by using the college board books and taking many practice tests, but my SAT score was still nowhere near where I wanted it to be, especially if I wanted to get into my dream school, or get the 100% Florida Bright Futures scholarship.

This had me feeling stressed, unmotivated, and upset all the time, so I decided to seek out help.

I found Peace of Pi Learning through Instagram, where I saw people posting about this amazing tutor that helped them achieve major score improvements in math. I looked into their page and website, and was very surprised when I saw such a low price. I immediately signed up and even made one of my close friends sign up too. I took his 8 week course from January-March, in preparation for the March SAT, and from just the first class I could feel myself improving.

The classes I attended were each supposed to be 3 hours long, but a lot of times we would come in early to do extra practice, which shows just how dedicated this company is to its students. Throughout the class we would do practice tests, and practice packets with problems from every topic that can possibly come on the SAT, and we would review all these concepts together to help us get a better understanding of it, and make sure we had it down.

All the packets and practice tests were provided to us, and all of the resources were online, along with extra practice and homework, so we could review whenever we had the chance to. The classes never got boring, I always enjoyed going and the time went by pretty quickly, even though we were practicing the entire time. Taking this 8 week course, my SAT score improved by 80 points, and ensured my dream score in just one take.

Thanks to Peace of Pi, I no longer had to study or be in constant worry about the SAT and had more time to focus on school, friends, and my hobbies, and just feel proud and confident in myself when applying to college.

Accepted to Her Dream School

When I first started studying for the SAT, I thought it was something I could tackle on my own. However, after taking the test for the first time and not getting the score I needed for bright futures and the school of my dreams, I realized I needed a tutor and a structure to effectively study.

I was recommended to Renan by other students in my high school who had worked with him and increased their SAT scores by over 100 points. After tutoring with Renan, my score also improved a lot, jumping from the 1200s to a 1360!

Renan was an AMAZING tutor. He was super knowledgeable on the subjects and strategies needed to succeed during the exam. More importantly, Renan explained concepts in a way that was easy to grasp. Renan also has a huge personality, which made tutoring fun and a lot less stressful.

If it wasn’t for Renan I wouldn’t be attending the University of Florida, the school of my dreams.

Perfect 800 Score in Math

Accepted into 1st Choice University

As a junior in high school the pressure to perform well on the SAT creeped up as I stressed about getting into a good university.

I did pretty well my first time around, but still wanted to improve my score in order to be more competitive for the schools I wanted to get admitted to. After taking a few practice tests, I noticed that my score just wouldn’t budge. I also noticed that all the tests had both very similar formats and very similar questions but I myself couldn’t crack it.

I needed help, but I didn’t want a type of tutoring that would feel like just another class with just another teacher that I dreaded going to. That’s when my friend Rodrigo Coz told me about this guy who was teaching at our school and was offering SAT tutoring, so I decided to give it a shot. Me and three other friends began meeting with Renan twice a week and it quickly became something I looked forward to. I considered it hanging out with friends while being extremely productive.

The way he broke down problems for us practically made the SAT a joke. It got to the point where just by glancing at a question I knew exactly what I was going to be asked. Not only was Renan a brain, but he was also super cool and understanding.

I would recommend his tutoring to anyone looking to excel on the math portion of the SAT. Thanks to his tutoring, I received a perfect score on the math portion of the SAT, enabling me to compete with students around the country and ultimately get gain acceptance to the University of Florida.

Got into UF with Full Bright Futures Scholarship

I have always been a bit lazy when it comes to studying on my own and could usually get by just fine with last-minute studying. However, when it came to the SAT, there was a lot on the line and I knew I needed a different strategy.

My scores on the mock exams weren’t improving and I felt like there were concepts on the test that I had no idea how to approach, especially on the math section. I knew I needed more exposure to these types of questions, so I decided to get someone to guide me in the process.

Renan was upbeat and young which made the process less boring. He was a great teacher and explained things visually on his whiteboard, which was perfect for me because I’m a visual person and would never understand math without the visual component.

With Renan’s help, I was able to improve my score significantly and surpassed the maximum bright futures threshold, which got my entire tuition paid. I also got an FIU scholarship and got accepted into the University of Florida.

Ultimately, this has enabled me to graduate from college debt free!

+130 on SAT Math, has the confidence to apply to the schools she never thought she could get into

Going into Junior year, I had not even started studying for the SAT.  I know how competitive the admissions process is and I was stressed out! My PSAT scores were decent, but not good enough to get me into the school I wanted.  Especially my math, which was much lower than my reading score.

A friend had used Renan from Peace of Pi before and was starting a tutoring group with three other girls specifically for SAT prep.  After our first session, I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge and tutoring skills.

Renan and his team are truly invested in every one of their students’ futures and care about their success.  They tutor in a way that meets every individual student’s needs.  They are amazing at explaining the math, but also prepare you to the point that the test becomes easy with problems that are extremely similar to the actual test.  They can get you to the score you need to arrive at in order to be admitted into a good school.

After tutoring with Renan, I felt extremely confident going into the test, and my math score increased by 50 points. That is INCREDIBLE considering the anxiety I was experiencing during my first time testing.

Because of that increase, I will qualify for the full Bright Futures scholarship, and my overall score is high enough for acceptance to my dream school, the University of Florida (Go Gators!).  This means the world to me, because now I don’t have to stress about the SAT in my senior year (though I will take it again, stress free), and I can also focus on the other areas of my college application that may be weaker, such as my extracurricular activities.

Thank you Peace of Pi!
