+180 points on the SAT Math!
“I would describe Peace of Pi as a 10 out of 10. For any student thinking about joining, you need to be determined and ready to put in the work.”
I decided to join Peace of Pi because math has always been my toughest subject, and I wanted to make sure I could get a strong score for college. I hadn’t tried tutoring or self-studying before, but I heard a lot of good recommendations about Peace of Pi, so I figured it was worth a shot. My biggest frustration before starting was getting stuck on the harder sections of math. I would spend so much time trying to figure out the problems that I wouldn’t have enough time to finish the test. Peace of Pi helped me understand how to tackle those sections efficiently.
Going into the course, I was a little nervous because I had heard it required a lot of commitment and work. I worried about keeping up with the weekly homework and practice tests, but I quickly realized that the key was dedication. I managed my workload by prioritizing Peace of Pi and making time after school to complete assignments. It required focus and sacrifice, but it was worth it.
The virtual group format was also better than I expected. At first, I was worried that being in a group would be distracting, but I actually found that I was able to stay focused, learn from others, and avoid making the same mistakes. The classes were long at first glance. Four hours seemed intimidating, but once I got into the routine, time flew by and it felt manageable. The tutors were excellent and clearly qualified, and I appreciated that they had experience and could relate to the material from a student perspective.
I would describe Peace of Pi as a 10 out of 10. For any student thinking about joining, you need to be determined and ready to put in the work. The program is very effective, but only if you stay focused and commit fully. The homework was especially helpful for me. Doing it consistently was the most efficient way to learn and reinforced what we covered in class.
By the end of the course, my math score went up 180 points to a 660, which was a huge accomplishment for me. It motivated me to keep going and showed me that my hard work paid off. Peace of Pi was absolutely worth the investment, and I would recommend it to anyone who is ready to put in the effort. My advice to other students is simple: keep working hard, stay determined, and pay attention. If you do that, the results will follow.
